Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We totally understand that life can get in the way, and we want to be as flexible as possible! To help us continue offering great service to all our clients, please note the following: No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, but we’re happy to work with you to reschedule if needed. Rescheduling: You can easily reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before your scheduled time. Just give us a heads-up at least 1 hour in advance if you need to make a change. Late Cancellations/No Shows: If something comes up and you need to cancel within 1 hour or don’t make it to your appointment, the session will be considered forfeited. But no worries, reach out, and we’ll be happy to see if we can get you reschedule! We really appreciate your understanding and look forward to connecting with you!
